Those to be highlighted are:

REACH is the European regulation governing the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances and mixtures. The main objective of the REACH regulation is to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risk that may be associated with the manufacture, marketing and use of chemical substances and mixtures.
To comply with the provisions of the REACH regulation, companies must identify and manage the risks associated with the substances they manufacture and market in the European Union. At AMSlab’s chemical testing laboratory, we know the regulations inside out and we help our clients to comply with them.

REGULATION  (EU) No 1007/2011 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 September 2011 on the labelling of textile products. Regarding the names of textile fibers and the labeling and marking of the fiber composition of textile products. In the physical testing laboratory of AMSlab we offer a deep knowledge of this regulation that regulates the labeling of textile products

CPSIA – Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act for United States. Toys, textiles and clothing, jewellery and most children’s products must be certified based on their compliance with these and other safety standards. These certificates must be issued on the basis of test results performed by third-party testing laboratories recognized by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CSPC). CU TR 017 / 2011 – TECHNICAL REGULATIONS OF CUSTOMS UNION (CU TR) – RUSSIAN MARKET FOR ADULTS, CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS. During the importation of industrial soft products (clothing, textiles, accessories, shoes, accessories, etc.), the goods must be accompanied by a certificate or declaration of conformity with the technical regulation of the Customs Union “On the safety of light industrial products” (TR CU 017/ 2011). At AMSlab we know the regulations and we offer advice and consultancy to comply with them correctly.

GB 18401 – Requirements for Textile & Apparel Products in China. The GB 18401-2010 standard is intended to ensure the control of hazardous substances in textile products, improve the quality of textile products, ensure the safety and health of consumers and enforce general technical and safety specifications for garments and decorative textile products marketed in China.
AMSlab performs garment testing and quality control to confirm that products meet the required standards for China.

GB 31701-2015 – Safety Technical Code for Infants and Children Textile Products in China. This standard covers the technical requirements for fabrics, filling materials and components for textile products for babies and children.
