Comprometidos con la igualdad y con la conciliación familiar

En AMSlab creemos que la responsabilidad con la sociedad empieza por nosotros mismos. Con un 60% de mujeres y un 40% de hombres, en AMSlab estamos comprometidos con la igualdad, ya que los conocimientos y la profesionalidad no entiende de géneros.

Del mismo modo, creemos en la conciliación laboral-familiar y en que un clima laboral positivo redunda en una mejora de los servicios que proveemos y en el compromiso del equipo.

Iniciativas de promoción social y deportiva

Furthermore, we are aware that all of us must provide value to our surrounding environment and for this, from AMSlab we have taken part in different social and sport promotion initiatives.

DONATIONS
EMPLOYEES’ VOLUNTARY SERVICE
  • Volunteer employees: For every 32 h of voluntary service, the employee shall be entitled to 1 day off (maximum 1 day off per year). Food banks, Animals Protection Service, Red Cross, Cogami.
RELATIONS WITH SOCIETY
  • AMSlab organises different open days with the aim of approaching science from the company to the schools.
  • It cooperates with the Xuvenciencia programme providing different kits to secondary schools for them to carry out placements: https://xuvenciencia.org/portal/xc-na-aula/
  • Collaboration Agreements with secondary schools to organise placements for vocational training students.
  • Collaboration Agreements with universities to organise placements for Undergraduate degree and Master students: USC, UDC, UVigo, University of Granada.
  • Collaboration with local social associations: Down Lugo
SPONSORSHIPS
  • Commitment to sports by sponsoring actions in different sports such as cycling, football, basketball or car races.
COLLABORATIONS
  • Collaboration with Mapfre Foundation in the “Juntos Somos Capaces” (Together We Are Capable) programme for labour integration of disabled people.
  • Collaboration with INTHEOS Foundation in the programme “Marcas contra el Cáncer” (Marks against Cancer).
